Project Description

Jayride is an international travel technology platform. Whilst I worked there I led the creation of design systems, UX research, interface design, and product management. I built and maintained the company’s multi-platform design system in Figma, creating accessible and responsive interfaces that ensured consistency across mobile and web. Through UX discovery sessions and usability testing, I identified user pain points and informed the redesign of booking and search flows, aligning design direction with real user needs and new feature opportunities. Collaborating closely with developers, I integrated UX principles directly into the Angular front end to improve usability and maintainability. During multiple rebuilds and rebrands, I stepped in as interim Product Manager for the booking site and later took full responsibility for the marketing website, overseeing delivery and prioritisation. I also managed a physical device library and testing protocols to support cross-platform quality assurance.
