Project Description

Terra Schwartz is a strategic consultancy focused on brand and government advisory projects. I led the UX and design delivery for a brand and digital consolidation project, facilitating stakeholder workshops and interviews to capture user and business needs. From these insights, I defined and documented a scalable Figma design system to ensure brand consistency and usability across multiple platforms. I designed mobile-responsive interfaces that balanced brand integrity with technical constraints, and conducted a UX analysis of internal documents to produce accessible, user-friendly templates for everyday business use. To support long-term governance and collaboration, I organised a SharePoint-based asset library that improved access to design resources. The project was delivered on time and within budget, with an expanded scope — all achieved within a part-time, two-day-per-week schedule.
